You have 14 days from delivery to send a piece back (EU). It must arrive in the condition it left the workshop; the refund goes back the way you paid, within 14 days of the return arriving safely. Commissioned pieces are carved for you and cannot be returned.

Each piece is carved from natural wood and reacts to its surroundings. Keep it out of direct sun, away from heat, damp, and sudden temperature swings. Never soak it. Once a year, rub in a thin coat of raw linseed oil or beeswax with a soft cloth. Cared for like this, the wood only gets better with age.
Packaging & dispatch
Every piece ships wrapped by hand, padded, and tracked. Once the carrier marks a parcel delivered, claims run through the postal service, but write to me first and we will sort it out together.
