Returns and refunds

In-stock pieces (EU)

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the carving arrives. To exercise it, email me at hello@ulfwoodart.com within 14 days. The piece must come back in the condition it was sent, return shipping is on you. Refund within 14 days of receipt.

Commissions

Carved-to-order pieces are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the piece arrives damaged or significantly differs from what we agreed, I'll refund or remake.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the piece before unpacking further, then email me. I'll either refund or send a replacement carving.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Stripe normally takes 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.
